There is (finally!!) so much insight coming out about menstrual cycle health and all the benefits of cycle syncing practices. I’ve spent time digesting this information in various forms: researching & reading, listening to speakers & podcasts, workshopping, etc., and all of these different sources have exposed me to the many ways this insight can be translated, communicated and received. After learning and relearning, teaching and re-teaching, I feel like I’ve found a way to share this knowledge in a way that is easy to grasp. My goal is for the verbiage in this program to be relatable, simplified and feminine, while still upholding the scientific core of this content.
